“The Center for Collaborative Communication has helped us identify and clarify our team’s needs, our expectations, and our commitments. She gave us tools that we continue to use to make progress on a daily basis. The result has been a more productive, more collaborative and more egalitarian work environment that encourages and supports each of us to do our best.”

Report: Collaborative Communication in Organizations

The following research was conducted jointly by Merck, Inc. and CCC under the direction of Dian Killian, PhD, CCC's founder and former E.D. In this two-part study, significant results were found as a result of workplace communication training, including greater efficiency, effectiveness, motivation and team work. These preliminary findings were presented at the Psychologists for Social Responsibility 30th Anniversary Conference on July 13, 2012 in Washington, DC. A fuller, more detailed peer-reviewed report is in preparation.
